Safeguarding

Child Protection has been known as
Safeguarding since January 2008.

The Safeguarding representative in the
parish is:

Their role includes:
1. Administering the Criminal Records
Bureau Disclosures for all those in the parish
who are involved with children or
vulnerable adults.
2. Advising members of the parish on the
Safeguarding policies
 of the Catholic Church in England & Wales and of the Diocese of Leeds.
